How to run a fair raffle draw online

A fair raffle draw starts long before you click the draw button. The most important steps are cleaning your list, deciding your winner rules, and keeping a record of who was chosen.

Before the draw

Check for duplicate entries, blank rows, and ineligible participants. If you exported a spreadsheet, save a clean CSV so the upload is easy.

During the draw

Tell participants whether winners can win more than once. If you need multiple winners, remove each winner after selection to avoid repeats.
